To set the name for the output stack just type a name
prefix in the Destination Stack Prefix edit box. The output file
sequence will conform to the "[prefix][order].[extension]"
convention, where prefix is provided by you, order is the position of each
file along the optical axis (increasing z depth), and extension is always
tif for this version of the program. You may also select the Pad
Numbers With Zeros check box to force all names in the file sequence
to be the same length. As you set the prefix, TSS shows what the names of
the first and last file in the output sequence will be.
