Selecting the Dimensions of the New Stack

Once a stack is opened, TSS displays the source dimensions in pixels. The X and Y dimensions refer to the dimensions of individual images in the sequence, Z refers to the number of images in the sequence. You can set the dimensions of the output stack either as actual pixels or as a percent of the original pixels. Changing the pixel count box in one dimension will automatically adjust the corresponding percent box and vice versa.

TSS also allows the user to constrain the output dimensions in two ways: Select the Constrain Width/Height check box to enforce newY/newX=oldY/oldX. Or select Constrain All to enforce newY/newX=oldY/oldX and newZ/newX=oldZ/oldX. While a constrain is in effect you may change any of the output dimensions or percents and TSS will adjust the other boxes if needed in order to maintain the constrain.
