Selecting a Stack to Subsample |

To select a source stack click on Open in the File
menu. This will bring the standard Open dialog box which you can
use to browse to the location where your stack is located. Or you may
click on the button next to the Source Stack box to bring the Open
dialog. TSS expects all file in the same stack to be named sequentially
using the "[prefix][order].[extension]" convention. You can
select any of the files in the sequence and TSS will automatically search
that location for more files.
Once you have selected a source stack, the rest of the interface becomes enabled. |
