The TSS Interface |
TSS allows the user to specify the source data and
parameters in simple to use interface. The image below shows TSS in
action. To subsample a stack the user just needs to select the source
stack, provide the destination folder, an output name prefix, set the
output dimensions, and click OK. In the next few sections we will provide
more details about these steps.
