Opening, Closing, and Saving a Workspace |
| After you create a workspace you may
close it by selecting Close Workspace from the File menu. If
there are unsaved changes VIAS will ask you
whether you want to save the changes or not before exiting.
It is recommended that you save your workspace periodically while working for extended periods of time to avoid loss of data in the unlikely event of a crash. To save a workspace, select Save Workspace from the File menu. VIAS allows only one workspace to be opened at a time so you must close the current workspace in order to open another one. To open an existing workspace select Open Workspace from the file menu. Then browse to the location where you saved your workspace. Select the file with the .vws extension. You can simultaneously run as many copies of the application as you like. You are only limited by the amount of memory in your system. It is not recommended that you open the same workspace in more than one copy of the program at the same time. |
