Sampling Pixel Values

Select the sampler tool by either clicking the toolbox button or using the View menu option Sample Colors. Simply position the cursor over a pixel and click the left mouse button. The color value of the pixel will be displayed in the status bar at the bottom of the main window. Note that the returned color is the pixel value as seen on the screen.
