Translating
the Workspace

To move the entire workspace on the screen you use the
workspace-moving tool. This kind of movement only affects the location of
the viewport with respect to the origin of the workspace and does not
affect stack coordinates or their relative positions. The image below shows
an example of moving the workspace.
