Jon Mercado, M.B.A, Decision Support Systems XRF Laboratory Computer Support Jon started working with us in December, 1998. His role with the XRF Laboratory is largely defined as being Dr. Todd's backup in the administration and maintenance of the lab's Windows NT network. He also assists in the development and maintenance of the lab's website.  Within the Department of Community and Preventive Medicine, Jon is involved in the design and implementation of databases required by several studies in addition to being the main resource for hardware and applications support. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of the Philippines and an MBA in Decision Support Systems from New Hampshire College.
